Sylvanian Families: Thrilling Tree House in the Forest
I'm selling this because my child stopped playing with it and it's been sitting unused. I've lightly wiped it down with a disinfecting wipe.Please note the following:* There are pencil marks at the base of the treehouse (see photo 10).* There are some stains on the slide car; these were present when we purchased it (see photo 5).* There are some unidentified white spots on the second floor (see photo 8).complete accessories are included. The swing can be wound up, and the doors can be opened and closed. The box serves as the instruction manual, so I will ship it in that box. However, the box is slightly crushed, and I'm not sure of the correct way to pack it, so I've included packing material inside.This item has been played with by a child.
